LEVEL 1 Elective For Acutonics
TAOIST QI-GONG and SOUND Movements
This first course in Taoist Qi Gong will concentrate on building a comprehensive foundation of Esoteric Medicine & Movements with a focus on Taoist Qi Gong Eight Treasures movements and traditional Chinese Medicine Meridians. It is designed to introduce you to the basic theories of energy cultivation. You will learn techniques to strengthen the body’s protective energy field (Wei Qi) and to avoid absorbing toxic Qi while in a clinical setting.
Other topics covered in this course will include; the six healing sounds, Kaballah Toning is Introduced in this stage and followed through in Level 2. Kaballah toning is used to empower your Divine Frequency. It has been demonstrated so far that the toning gives deeper cultivation to the movements!
LEVEL 2
Taoist Medical Qi Gong II builds on the techniques learned in Level I. Learn to stimulate energy flow in the body’s energetic channels to help regulate nerve function, strengthen the body’s immune system, and promote the circulation of Qi and blood.
Students will learn how to categorize Medical Qi Gong exercises and Kaballah Sound / Toning and Tuning up the meridians with Qi Gong. Basic Review of Level One movements.

TAOIST EIGHT TREASURES
The Eight Treasures is a unique style of movements which has been preserved through a long line of Taoist physicians in the Ni family. They are exercises or practices to enhance energy or Qi have been done by the Taoist Masters throughout the ages. The Eight Treasures are simple, yet profound movements, combining toning and strengthening movements, stretching and specific breathing techniques.
They have been proven to be effective in stimulating the natural healing response within our bodies and help to combat stress.
